The game involves two teams of five people. One team plays at the bright side (Eng. The Radiant), another - in the dark (Eng. The Dire). Each player controls one business unit, called a hero. The hero can gain experience to increase their level, earn gold, buy and collect items that enhance his or provide an advantage. Each player is constantly receiving a small amount of gold from its base, as well as earning small amounts of gold for killing enemy creatures and big - for killing heroes. The teams spread out along the lines on which there is a struggle with the enemy heroes and creeps waves (English creeps) under computer control, which regularly appear in the database commands. The game objective - to destroy the main building on the enemy base.

Supports reconnect, and if a player has to absent himself from the game, he may ask another Steam-go for it.
